1. The Club shall be known as the Heathrow Aviation Club
2. The Heathrow Aviation Club is a private members club for business persons primarily but not exclusively based in the Heathrow area.
3. The objectives of the Heathrow Aviation Club are to ;
   • Create a network of active senior business persons united in the aims of business networking, assisting and supporting career advancement and sharing business information to its members
   • Organise social events for the benefit of its members and their guests
   • Raise funds for charity through the organisation of charitable events
4. It is a condition of attendance at meetings that all attendees (whether members of the club or visitors) agree to their names and business details being circulated to all other attendees at that meeting.
5. There shall be a single form of membership for all members and members shall pay an annual subscription on admission to membership.
6. New membership applications will be accepted at any time.
7. Full membership of the Club shall be open to all business persons whose business interests are primarily but not exclusively situated within the Heathrow area except where there is likelihood of a conflict of business interests between an existing member and a prospective member. In such an instance the existing member shall refer the matter to HAC for their arbitration.
8. Persons proposing to join the Club may not attend more than one meeting before paying a membership fee.
